1. The following policies are applicable on packages booked for Valentine’s Day, New Years Party, Karvachauth irrespective of the general cancellation policies mentioned on the package details’ page.
2. In case the cancellation policies are not mentioned on package details’ page the following terms will apply.
3. In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be affected and in such case, we or service providers will try their best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
To formally cancel the booking, please send an email to [support @ experiencesaga.com]. Email sent to any other company id will not be accepted
- If cancellations are made after you receive the booking confirmation, 100% of the booking value will be charged as cancellation fees.
- Bookings made for private options are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Confirmed bookings are non-transferable
- We try our best but under some circumstances, we might not able be to arrange your booked add-on. In such cases, the update will be given to you and the full value of the add-on shall be refunded
- Incase we fail to confirm your booking after receiving your payment, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Incase of no show-up the customer is not eligble for any refunds
When does Experience Saga refund a Transaction once it is initiated?
Experience Saga will initiate the refund on the next working day from the day of confirming non-availability of the venue. It will take 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect on the original mode used to pay.
