Need to know:
- These are not helium balloons. We use air-filled metallic balloons to create the same look as of helium balloons.
- The pictures shown here are of the original setup and the same would be done at your place
- Some add-ons might not be available for same day booking. Please confirm at 8010371371 before making the payment
- The time you select is the Completion Time (the time by which you want the decorations to be completed)
- Decorator details will be shared with you on the performance day of your booking
- A surcharge may apply for bookings before 12 pm
- This service is available across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad.
Cancellation Policy
If cancellations are made 8 or more days before the start date of booking, 10% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellations are made 7-5 days before the start date of the booking, 25% of the total package will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 4-2 days before the start date of the booking, 50% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made 1 day before or same day of the start date of the booking, 100% of the total package cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled and in such case will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be provided for the same.
Refund Time
When does Experience Saga refund a Transaction once it is initiated?
Experience Saga will initiate the refund on the next working day from the day of receiving the cancellation request. It will take 7-10 working days for the amount to reflect on the original mode used to pay.

Can I choose my preferred colour balloons?
Ofcourse, yes :D
We have all the basic colours. During booking, you are asked for your colour preferences. You have the option to choose up to 2 colours or you can choose multi-colour balloons for your decoration.
Can I pay in cash after the work is completed?
Sorry, no you can't :(
The scheduling of the decorators is done only after we have received a confirmed booking. The booking will be confirmed only after you have booked it online.
Can you decorate a hotel room or any other venue?
Yes, we can. However, you will be required to take prior permission from the hotel/venue for decoration.
What happens after I have made the booking?
You will receive a mail confirmation on the email id you used while booking. On the day of performance, you will receive the decorator details via SMS on the mobile no. you used while booking.
I want a customised theme decoration, can you do it?
Yes, we can. We have packages for custom themes like baby shower, baby homecoming, minion, peppa pigg, chota bheem, barbie, frozen princess, doremon and more.

Do I have to pay anything extra to the decorator?
No. The payment that you make online is full and final. There are no hidden charges :D
