- Total of 150 metallic balloons will be used
- 100 Balloons will be left loose on the floor
- 2 Balloon stands ( 20-25 balloons will be used to create each stand)
- Vendor’s conveyance charges
- Inclusive of all taxes
-Mix of blue and pink colour metallic balloons will be used for decorations
-You can select a baby boy or baby girl theme while booking. The foil balloons will be used according to the selected theme.

Need to know:
- These are not helium balloons. We use air-filled metallic balloons to create the same look as of helium balloons.
- Tapes will be used for decorations
- The pictures shown here are of the original setup and the same would be done at your place
- Some add-ons might not be available for same day booking. Please confirm at 8010371371 before making the payment
- The time you select is the Completion Time (the time by which you want the decorations to be completed)
- Decorator details will be shared with you on the performance day of your booking
- A surcharge may apply for bookings before 12 pm
- This service is available across Mumbai
- You will have to provide stool/ladder for decorations to be done on the ceiling
Flexible Cancellation & Refund Policy 😌
Cancellation Type 1: Decorations
- More than 24 hours before your booked date: Cancellation with 90% refund eligible
- 6 hours to 24 hours before your booked date: Cancellation with 50% refund eligible
- Less than 6 hours before your booked date: No Refunds on cancellation
- No Cancellation is possible for packages booked for 13th and 14th February
Cancellation Type 2: Non-private dinners/lunches/experiences/stays or general gifts
- 3 days or more before your booked date: Cancellation with 90% refund eligible
- 24 hours to 3 days before your booked date: Cancellation with 50% refund eligible
- Less than 24 hours before your booked date: No Refunds on Cancellation
- Incase of "no show" the customer is not eligble for any refunds
- No Cancellation is possible for experiences booked for 13th and 14th February.
Cancellation Type 3: Private dinners/lunches/experiences or Customised Gifts
- If cancellations are made after
you receive the booking confirmation, 100% of the booking value will be
charged as cancellation fees.
- Bookings made for private options are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Confirmed bookings are non-transferable
No Cancellation is possible for packages booked for the following black out dates:
- 13th and 14th February
- 31st December and 1st January
- In the case of unforeseen
weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be
affected and in such case, we or service providers will try their best
to provide an alternate feasible activity. However no refund will be
provided for the same.
- We try our best but under some
circumstances, we might not able be to arrange your booked add-on. In
such cases, the update will be given to you and the full value of the
add-on shall be refunded
How to cancel a booking?
To formally cancel the booking, please send an email to [support @
experiencesaga.com] mentioning your order id.

The booking process is very simple. Just follow the check out process like you would on any other website:
- Select your preferred date and time slot
- Enhance your experience with add-ons
- Simply follow the checkout process
- On the checkout page, enter your contact and billing details. (For decorations/deliverable products, the billing address will be considered as venue/delivery address)
- Proceed to payments page
- Make online payments using any of your preferred payment method (UPI, Netbanking, Wallets, Credit or Debit Card) on our secured Razorpay payment gateway
You will receive an instant email confirmation after you you make the booking.
What happens after you book? 🎁
- You will receive a confirmation mail and payment receipt.
- You will also receive a confirmation call from our support team. They will also take your booking/add-on related preferences (e.g: balloon color, cake flavour, etc.)
